Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Platera's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Service Description

Platera provides a web-based menu platform for restaurants. We host food photos and optional 3D models, accessible to customers via QR codes and mobile browsers. Restaurant owners manage everything from a dashboard.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Platera's services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your restaurant and menu items
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not reproduce, duplicate, or copy any part of our 3D models without permission

Intellectual Property

The 3D models, software, and all related intellectual property created by Platera remain our property. You receive a license to use these materials solely for displaying your menu items to customers during your active subscription period.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, though we will work diligently to resolve any issues promptly.

Limitation of Liability

Platera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your access to 3D models and the platform will cease, and any outstanding fees become immediately due.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
